Hi I found a new recipe.
CHEESE PIE (Baked)
(A) 80gm Digestive biscuit, crushed , 30g melted butter
(B) 2 egg yolks, ¼ cup Uht milk, 50 ml corn oil, 250g cream cheese, ¼ cup caster sugar, juice of ½ lemon
(C) 2 egg whites, ¼ cup caster sugar
Method:
1. Combine crushed biscuit and melted butter, mix well, then press into the base of a 8” round cake tin. Chill in fridge till firm.
2. Place ingredients (B) into a blender and process until smooth.
3. Beat (C) until stiff in a separate bowl.
4. Transfer blended cheese mixture into a big bowl and fold in (C).
5. Take out the chilled biscuit base from fridge and pour in the cheese mixture.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 150’ C for 1 hour.
7. Cool the cake before chilling in fridge.
8. Remove cake from cake tin, then place blueberry pie filling on top, spreading it evenly. Serve.
